Tom Lemming, creator of Prep Football Report a.k.a. “The Bible” of College Football Recruiting, launches new content subscription channel featuring ongoing national prospect rankings and archival selections from his personal Prep Football Report vault.
Austin, TX (May 4, 2020) — Rokfin, a subscription media platform, is the new model for subscription media companies and creators to monetize their content. Today, Tom Lemming, football recruiting’s original ranking authority, announced he is creating his own Rokfin channel. Tom will be the first football prospect ranker in the country to release ‘Class of 2023’ positional rankings (15 players deep per position) on an ongoing basis to go along with Class of 2021 and 2022 player & team rankings, regular scouting digests, and more.

Lemming, a Chicago native, got his start as a stringer for suburban Chicago weeklies covering high school football games. In 1978, he began scouting football prospects, logging his findings in a newsletter he circulated to college coaches and fans alike. Lemming quickly established himself as the go-to analyst for high school recruiting rankings and has continued to build on that reputation for decades as he travels 50,000+ miles annually to intimately (and tirelessly) evaluate more than 1,200 football players from around the United States.
